With over 25 years of accounting experience, Pam brings a practical, client-first approach focused on accuracy, honesty, clarity, and follow-through. She helps small business owners and individuals feel organized, supported, and confident in their numbers.

Pam graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance in 2003. She has worked in the accounting field providing financial accounting services to many different businesses for over 25 years before founding RPM Accounting Services in 2019.

She takes pride in understanding her clients’ needs and building professional relationships based on trust and transparency through prompt communication, honest feedback, and support.
